This can vary depending from merchant to merchant. However, the generic case is:


Physical Voucher - Singapore 

Click redeem before the 23rd of each month. An email will be sent to you to confirm the redemption of the voucher. Collect the voucher from the DBS rewards team on the 1st week of the following month i.e. 23 June, collect on 1st week of July.

Physical Voucher - UAE

An email will be sent to you to confirm the redemption of the voucher. You can show the email as a confirmation of redemption to the concerned HR personnel, who will then provide you with the voucher.


Goods

After redeeming, you will be sent an email to which you will have to send back to support@rewardz.sg with some details to furnish the redemption. Following this, the redemption will be processed and you can make the collection/delivery depending on the mode chosen.


Some rewards work on a Flash password basis where you will be prompted to enter a password. Please visit the respective merchant e.g. Best Denki at their outlets. The staff there will assist you to enter the password to confirm the redemption and to provide you with the item redeemed. You may want to call ahead to confirm that the item is in stock before heading down.


E-Voucher

After redeeming your e-voucher, you will be able to see the code on the redemption screen on the app and you will also be sent an email with the voucher code. You can enter this code during checkout when placing your order on the respective merchant’s website.


Medical

For the IHP health screening package, after redemption, you will receive an email to call them at 63333636 to book your appointment. Please specify the voucher code and company name as well. When you visit, please bring along a copy of the email to enjoy a cashless health screening.
